Victory in defeat? Theo Sommer, former Editor-in-Chief of Die Zeit 

As the newly-minted German parliamentarians gear up for their first session, analysts are debating whether last week's vote resulted in a disappointing victory or a comfortable loss for the country's incumbent leader. With its lowest share of the vote since 1949, chancellor Angela Merkel's party retains its hold on the top job but will now have to share the chamber with parties with which it has little if anything in common. Has German politics just changed in a major way by staying mostly the same? Oksana is joined by Theo Sommer, former editor-in-chief of the German newspaper Die Zeit, and an expert speaker at the Valdai Discussion Club, to explore these issues.
